So today Penny, Abby and I went to Hamilton market and bought some pigs. Previous to this Kate promised me I could get some pigs if i made a pen and a house for them, and so was born 'the pig shack' (you need to sing it like 'love shack') and a very dodge and definitely not straight electric fence.
But now we have Ginger and Rusty two durok, cross something, pigs. There main job is to eat the scraps from the cafe, which they have great pleasure in doing.Weather has been shocking for the last month hitting lots of records with amount of rainfall. Not great for the new born lambs. The storms are meaning we have lots of power cuts. We had to cancel pizza night the other day because there was no electricity to cook the pizza's.
But having loads of fun despite the weather!
